- Domestic Shipping
We use Postal Service to ship out our items within Sri Lanka. Postage is uniformly US$ 3.00/-, regardless of the number of orders.
Free Sri Lanka Delivery on all orders over US$ 10.00.
We don't deliver on Sunday and national holidays in Sri Lanka.
- International Shipping
In case of international shipping we use EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (EMS) or Registered Mail by Air.
*Note: Lighter than 1kg Packet is sent by air mail.

Every item has its weight and postage will be different according to weight.

We don't deliver on Sundays and national holidays in Sri Lanka.
*International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the buyer; we have no control over these charges, and over any delay in delivery caused due to custom clearance process.

Postage is uniformly USD3.00 regardless of the number of orders.
The item which you ordered is defective or different, please let us know within 30 days after the arrival of the item.
When we admit that the item is defective, we will refund your credit card the total amount of the order but we won't deliver a replacement.
As for the international delivery insurance of Express Mail Service(EMS) insures items.
When it seems that damage to the item happened during delivery, please ask Postal Service that delivered the item.
Postal insurance will cover the total amount of the order in an invoice will be refunded.
If you send back the item to us unopened within 30days after the arrival of the item,
as so it arrives at our shop we will refund you the total amount of the order.
If you want to return the item, please send e-mail our shop.
(*We can't pay back shipping charge.) Shipping charge of returned item will be paid by the Customer.
We will refund only the price of the item so fees for keeping the item or for sending back it will not be refunded.
